Warren Kelm, Forensic Engineer, FARO
Warren Kelm began a career in law enforcement as a military police officer and then spent more than 20 years with the Albuquerque Police Department. In 2006, after participating in multiple police units, Warren became a Detective in traffic crash fatality investigations. He completed cases for the Bernalillo County District Attorney and the United States Attorney General’s Office using multiple platforms for data collection. During his time with Albuquerque Police Traffic Unit he had a strong focus on event data recorders and their relationship to crash investigations. Warren is also a trainer for a Crash Data Retrieval system and has been vetted as an expert witness in District Court in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
